We will begin the festivities at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, the 28th of August at Foxhills Country Club where we will treat you to a 3-course sit down lunch - hopefully with lots of sun and laughter!

From there we invite our guests to join us at the royal Windsor racecourse, to see a traditional English jumps horserace. After the race, we can either enjoy the free concert or take the group to one of our favourite local country pubs to finish the night.

The race course required dress code is “smart dress”. This means "smart jeans (no rips, tears or fraying) are acceptable as are smart tailored shorts, but t-shirts, sports attire, cargo style shorts and trainers are not permitted and we do ask that men wear a collared shirt. Smart sandals for ladies are permitted however beach style flip flops are not".

An optional limo bus transport will be organized from London to Foxhills, then Foxhills to the racecourse and finally back to London. Please let us know in the RSVP form below if you would like to be on the limo bus.

Lunch at Foxhills is our treat but if you would like to join us on the bus and at the racetrack, please let us know in the RSVP and we will send you the costs per person as it's dependent on how many RSVPs we receive.
